Know why RamdasAthawale gave such advice?

Union minister RamdasAthawale saturday regretted bihar Chief minister Nitish Kumar's exit from the Janata Dal (U) despite having "good relations" with prime minister Narendra Modi and asked Kumar to attend the opposition parties' meeting next month. Athawale, leader of the republican party of india (RPI), said, "There is no use." He said that my advice to Nitish is to stay away from attending the meeting. The National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (India), a coalition of non-BJP parties, is likely to meet in mumbai next month.
Referring to speculation in a section of the media after the new name was announced at a meeting in Bengaluru earlier this month, Athawale said, "It seems he is not happy in that camp. He was unhappy with the nickname 'India', but rahul gandhi prevailed."Nitish was also a Union minister along with Athawale. However, nitish kumar himself has dismissed such speculations and said that the new name of the opposition alliance was decided unanimously.
Along with Athawale, Nitish was also a Union minister in late former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's government. Is he in favor of Nitish Kumar's return to the BJP-led NDA? In response to this question, Athawale said, "The decision on this has to be taken by nitish kumar and the BJP." The RPI leader probably made the remark keeping in mind the repeated claims made by Union home minister amit shah that from now on there would be no compromise with the JDU chief. The Union minister, who was here to attend some functions, remarked that he had traveled to some parts of the state and was impressed by the good work done by nitish kumar as chief minister.
