Chief Minister’s pilgrimage scheme was started two-three years ago by delhi cm arvind kejriwal, through which elderly people will be able to visit major religious places of the country free of cost. Today, once again, through this scheme, 780 old people were sent to Dwarkadhish after being handed over tickets from Tyagraj Stadium in Delhi.

Bhajan-geet was also organized at Tyag raj Stadium before leaving for the pilgrimage. During this, the devotees present in the stadium and all the elders going for pilgrimage looked very excited and were also seen dancing to the hymns.

Till now 71000 people have done free pilgrimage

Today, 780 old people from delhi left for Dwarkadhish pilgrimage under the Chief Minister's pilgrimage scheme.

During this, delhi cm arvind kejriwal and culture and Tourism minister Atishi were also present at Tyagraj Stadium.

Delhi cm wished auspicious journey to all the devotees who have gone for pilgrimage and also appealed to the people

to pray to god for the prosperity of delhi and the country. delhi cm arvind kejriwal said that so far 72 trains have left

for pilgrimage to different religious places through the Mukhyamantri Teerth yatra Yojana, in which 71000 people

have made pilgrimage. Today the 73rd train is leaving which will go from delhi to Dwarkadhish. This journey will be of

5 days in which 2 days will be fixed for commuting and 3 days for darshan worship. All the elderly people will be

accompanied by a family member or a youth as an ally. This pilgrimage will be completely free.
