P Sabitha indra Reddy, the minister of education, gave the authorities instructions to set up promotions and transfers of teachers in compliance with the High Court's ruling. The minister instructed the staff to personally contact qualified teachers and encourage them to apply for the promotion or transfer. Officials from TS Online have been urged to take all necessary efforts to prevent technological problems with the online procedure. To ensure that promotions and transfers are carried out smoothly, the minister advised authorities to designate supervisors in the appropriate districts.
