On Thursday, the ap government filed a caveat petition in the supreme court to hear their arguments in the quash petition filed by Chandrababu. Chandrababu filed a quash petition in the ap high court to quash the FIR registered against him in the ap Skill Development Development case and cancel the remand. The ap high court dismissed it on 22nd of this month. As a result, Chandrababu's lawyers filed a special leave petition in the supreme Court. The hearing on this petition started yesterday in the supreme Court. However, SVN Bhatt in the supreme court bench declared not to be for me. This matter was brought to the attention of the supreme court Chief Justice DY Chandrachud. The Chief Justice of the supreme court announced that the case will be heard on august 3. However, the ap government wants to hear their arguments before passing an order on the Chandrababu quash petition. To this end, they have filed a caveat petition in the supreme Court. ap CID officials arrested Chandrababu on the 9th of this month in the ap Skill Development case. Chandrababu is in judicial remand till 5th of next month in this case.
The ap government alleges that there is evidence of Chandrababu's role in the ap Skill Development case. The ap government says that the funds were diverted in the name of training to the students. In this matter, the ap CID charged that the funds were diverted through shell companies. Along with the ap Skill Development case, ap Fiber Grid, amaravati Inner Ring Road Alignment, and Angallu clash cases are also currently around Chandrababu Babu. The authorities planned to interrogate Chandrababu by issuing PT warrants in one case after another.
