
After 2014, YouTube FanFest is organized every year in different parts of the world. This time it was organized
in Delhi, in which about 5000 YouTubers participated. prime minister Narendra Modi addressed it virtually.
Addressing the YouTubers, the prime minister said- I have come among you as a fellow YouTuber. I am just
like you, I am just a little different. For 15 years, I have also been connected to the country and the world
through a YouTube channel. I also have a lot of subscribers and a decent number.
The prime minister further said- I have been watching for years how the content of YouTube impacts the
society. He told the YouTubers that now is the time to make it more effective. PM Modi appealed to give
maximum priority to cleanliness, UPI and local for vocal issues. At the end of the speech, the Prime Minister
appealed to the people to subscribe to his channel and press the bell icon button.
Congress said- PM became active on YouTube after seeing Rahul
Congress has also jumped into the YouTube subscription controversy. Congress's social media department head
supriya Shrinet posted on X and wrote - There is a big reason behind the prime minister being vocal towards
YouTube and asking people to subscribe to his channel. supriya further wrote – people like rahul gandhi more
on YouTube and in comparison, the Prime Minister's YouTube account is lagging behind. supriya also questions
the credibility of news television in her post. According to supriya, the general public is now bored with the
news channel's debates. supriya also shared several posts of YouTube videos of prime minister Narendra Modi
and rahul gandhi, in which the views of both were compared.
