In the winter session of parliament on wednesday (6 December), there was a scuffle in the lower house over the
statement given by Union home minister amit shah regarding Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. congress leader in Lok
Sabha Adhir Ranjan Choudhary alleged that central government ministers and many bjp leaders start
unnecessarily criticizing prime minister Pandit jawaharlal nehru when it comes to Kashmir. The congress leader
even said that once this issue is discussed in the house for a whole day, then milk becomes milk and water
becomes water. On this Shah said that he is ready for such discussion.
Adhir Ranjan accused Shah of distorting the facts
Chaudhary also accused home minister amit shah of distorting the facts. amit shah had given a statement on
Pandit Nehru while participating in the discussion on Jammu kashmir Reservation (Amendment) Bill, 2023 and
Jammu kashmir Reorganization (Amendment) Bill, 2023. Referring to pakistan Occupied kashmir (PoK) in the
house, the home minister reminded the two mistakes of the country's first prime minister Pandit Nehru
regarding Jammu and Kashmir. On Shah's statement, congress leader Adhir Ranjan Choudhary said, amit Shah
gives the statement as per his own, whereas the situation at that time was such that that decision was taken.

Nehru’s time. Standing in this house, I say with responsibility in front of your seat that two big mistakes, which
