The process of election nominations in ap has been completed. The process of withdrawal of nominations is going on. Along with the major parties in the state, some independent candidates have also filed nominations. There is a possibility of withdrawal till 29th of this month. At the same time, the nominations of some key leaders across the state were rejected. It includes ycp and tdp candidates. After taking explanation from some of the rejected persons, some nominations were approved and others were kept pending. 

Now let's see who are the rejected ones. Ex-minister YS Vivekananda Reddy's murder case is causing sensation across the state. However, Devi reddy Sivashankar reddy, who is accused in this case, was nominated for kadapa MP post.

 Her nomination was rejected by the election authorities. Sivashankar reddy, who was nominated as an independent candidate, will have to file an affidavit and read it before the RVO. Sivashankar reddy was serving his sentence in the murder case and was out on bail recently. On the 18th of this month, a person named Vidyadar reddy filed a nomination on his behalf, but the ARO rejected the nomination due to lack of affidavit.

Besides, the election officials also rejected the nomination papers of Amanchi Krishnamohan, the congress candidate of bapatla district. Krishnamohan has been kept pending due to receipt of RVO complaint to pay electricity dues of Rs.4.63 crores. They informed that the nomination papers will be approved if the details regarding the electricity dues are provided today. Also, Jana Sena candidate Panchkarla ramesh babu complained that pendurthi ycp candidate Annam reddy Adip raj did not include dates in the list of criminal cases in his affidavit.

ARO ordered Adip Raju to give him a written consent. He approved the nomination after giving his consent. Also, tdp candidate Vegalapudi ramakrishna Babu complained that the nomination paper of ycp candidate MVV Satyanarayana from Visakhapatnam east Constituency violates the court guidelines and it should be rejected. It was objected that the details of the criminal cases were not fully disclosed in the affidavit. RO Mayuri ashok approved the nomination of MVV saying that all of them are minor flaws. election officials have informed that the nomination will be approved only if all of them give full details by saturday morning.
