Shiv Sena (UBT) mp Sanjay Raut on thursday (May 2) has raised questions regarding the increase of up to 10 percent in the voting percentage in the first and second phase of lok sabha elections. He questioned the election commission of india regarding the increase in voting percentage, how did it suddenly increase after so many days? Speaking to reporters in Mumbai, he said that the websites of the Chief Electoral Officer of maharashtra and the election commission have updated figures of hourly and daily voting percentage in all lok sabha constituencies so far.
