According to the police, the arrested accused have been identified as shahid Ansari, Putti Swami Gowda, Bhagwan Singh, sunil Kumar Ruwani, Rajesh Yadav, Sohail Sheikh and amar Patil. According to the information given by Pantnagar police, according to the complaint lodged by kiran Jayantilal Lalan (60), he and his son had gone to Santosh Shetty's Headquarters Restaurant and Bar in Ghatkopar east for some work.

During this time, his son Harsh had a quarrel with the bar manager over financial transactions. Meanwhile, the argument escalated so much that the manager started abusing Harsh in anger. After this, the manager along with 9-10 other hotel employees attacked Harsh. kiran tried to intervene, but the attackers did not stop.
Harsh suffered serious head injuries during the attack, after which he was taken to the hospital where doctors declared him dead. kiran also suffered injuries during the incident. After the complaint, the police registered a case against 10 unidentified people under sections 103 (1), 115 (2), 189 (2), 190 and 352 of the indian Penal Code and started further investigation. All the accused were absconding after the incident, after which the police have arrested nine accused. Further investigation is going on in this case.
