Five countries will be visited under the leadership of JDU mp Sanjay Jha. The delegation led by mp Sanjay Jha will leave for the tour on May 21. This tour will start from Japan. At the same time, there will be a US tour under the leadership of congress mp Shashi Tharoor. The delegation led by mp Shashi Tharoor will leave for Guyana on May 24. This delegation will reach the US on june 3 and is likely to return to india between june 8 and 10.
The delegation headed by kanimozhi will tour for 17 days
Apart from this, there will be a 17-day tour led by DMK mp Kanimozhi. The delegation led by kanimozhi will visit five countries and will leave for Russia on May 22. This delegation will return to india from Spain on june 7. The total duration of this visit will be 17 days.
Briefing will be given in two phases
Before this, the 7 delegations going on a foreign tour will be briefed in two phases by Foreign Secretary vikram Misri in parliament House. The first briefing will be given on May 20, 2025. In the first phase, the briefing will be held for the delegations led by Eknath Shinde's shiv sena mp Shrikant Shinde, DMK mp kanimozhi, and JDU mp Sanjay Jha. The visit of these three delegations will start between May 21 and 23.
The second briefing session will be held on May 23, 2025. It includes a delegation led by Sharad Pawar's ncp mp supriya Sule, bjp MPs Baijayant Panda, ravi shankar Prasad, and congress mp Shashi Tharoor. The visit of these delegations will begin between May 23 and 25.
