Devayya who contested as TDP-BJP candidate speaking to scribes came with shocking explanation for his defeat. He said had PM Modi announced that he would make him Union Minister if people elects him, he would have won comfortably.
But Devayya is forgetting a simple fact that people vote to leaders who will try to solve their problems irrespective of the poll results. Devayya it seems contested elections only with the hope that he will become Union Minister if he wins.
But he is forgetting that how will PM Modi will induct him into his cabinet when he cannot even get deposits in the elections. Analysts say Devayya lost since people believed TRS campaign that Devayya will desert them flying to US often while their candidate Dayakar will be with them.
