Venkatesh,native of Yarlabottapally village in Nellore district was seen posing with CM Chandra Babu Naidu during his 2014 Padayatra. The picture now is becoming the talking point all over the state.
Venkatesh has been targeting women and elders and murdering them with a hammer. He claimed that he is also inspired by Ram Gopal Varma's films.
