The Super Computer at Asian paints Ltd . Asian paints are India’s number one company.Champaklal Choksey founder of Asian Paints made a brilliant move by removing the distributor and the wholesalers to have a direct dealing with customers

They simply kept dealers who could directly vend and to whom they had to transport the paints. For dealers, this was a tough task to hold such a big force. Choksey did a genius move. He ordered that the truck would come every 3 hours and fill the needed stock, so to make the transport easy and to attract the customers.And this was back in the 70s when ease of doing business was delicate. And they had similar dealers which totaled to1.6 lakh times a day.

The moment that has grown to2.5 to 3 lakh times a day. But  Berger Paints delivers around 40,000 times and number 3 Akzo delivers 10000 times.
No other company can indeed suppose of delivering a product in any sector indeed 10000 times a week. This was possible because there was no mediator. Moment, they directly transport it from the manufacturer to the dealer. Typically the retail shops’ stock gets replenished 2-3 times a week.

When you talk about the perimeters, 97 of the MRP goes to the manufacturer and 3 goes to the dealer. That's how Asia has been constantly generating high ROE. Champaklal Choksey was the first person who bought the first-ever supercomputer in india in 1970 for 8 crore rupees.
The dealers don’t indeed get to know about the colors that come every three hours in the consignment. Not indeed the size. They've to just vend the maquillages.

The area directors get a dispatch early morning in the day with the details of all the loaded exchanges. On what truck, what size of drums, which color, and what volume needs to be loaded, and at what time it must reach that dealer, everything is automated through the supercomputer.
Asian paints Ltd collects 6-20 times further data than any other company.

Asian paints Ltd sells to 55 of the country. That too 4 times a day. Berger sells it to 20 of the country twice a day. And Akzo Nobel 10 of the country just formerly a day.
