15,300 liters of milk mixed with hydrogen peroxide..!?

The kerala Dairy Development Department has seized hydrogen peroxide mixed milk transported from tamil Nadu to Kerala. It was also learned that the smuggling is taking place through the Ariankavu check post in Kerala. On this, they searched the tanker truck which was carrying milk from tenkasi to Pandalam. It was found to contain milk mixed with hydrogen peroxide. It was also revealed that the quantity of milk in the tanker truck was 15,300 liters.
Investigation revealed that the milk in the truck was brought from Wadiyur village of Virudhunagar district and was going to Pandalam in Pathanamthitta. The truck has been taken under the control of Punalur Food Safety Department officials. A sample of the milk was sent to a laboratory in thiruvananthapuram to find out how much hydrogen peroxide was added to the milk in the truck.They expect the results of the investigation to be available today. They will take appropriate legal action based on the outcome of the investigation. They are planning to continue to intensify the inspection, said kollam Food Safety Department Officer Sujith. All these were found on the kerala border. There is contamination in all eatables nowadays.
