New Delhi: MakeMyTrip on thursday stated it's an indian business enterprise, fully complying with all relevant legal guidelines of the country and data privacy frameworks, refuting allegations by rival EaseMyTrip Founder Nishant Pitti that it was majorly owned by china and bookings by indian militia on its platform are being exposed to the enemy.


In a post on X, formerly Twitter, Pitti had attached display screen photographs actually exhibiting the reserving sample for indian armed forces via MakeMyTrip, without naming the latter.

While contacted concerning the allegations, a MakeMyTrip spokesperson advised PTI, "We do not touch upon malicious or stimulated accusations and stay centered on offering our best services to our clients as a responsible indian corporation."


But the spokesperson refuted the allegations, pronouncing that MakeMyTrip is "a proud indian agency, founded by way of Indians, established in India, and trusted by thousands and thousands of indian guests for over 25 years."
