Ingredients:

  • 300gm Broccoli
  • 1 tbso oil
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 2 green onion chopped
  • 150 gm mushroom sliced
  • 1/2 kg red cabbage  finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup roasted, salted cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tsp corn flour mixed with 2 tsp water
  • 2 cups bean sprouts.


Method:

  • Cut broccoli into flowers.
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan.
  • Add broccoli pepper, onion,garlic and mushrooms.
  • Stir fry over high heat for about 2 to 3 min.
  • Add cabbage and nuts and stir fry a further min.
  • Stir in a soya sauce and corn flour mixture.
  • Stir fry over heat till sauce boils.
  • Quickly stir in the bean sprouts and serve.
