Rice pudding Ingredients Half liter milk 1 cup basmati rice Half tsp milk masala 1 cup sugar 1 tsp ghee 2 tsp raisins Method   1. Clean wash and soak the rice for 15 minutes and drain well   2. Dissolve sugar in milk and add milk masala powder to it.   3. Heat ghee and fry the raisins. 4. Grease a bowl and stir in the milk, rice and the raisins.   5. Cover the bowl with a lid and pressure cook for 10 minutes on a high flame.   6. Spoon the rice pudding into bowls. 7. Serve hot or cold as desired and garnish it with chocolate curls and chopped jelly.
