The government's G.O.1, which prohibits rallies, road shows, and public meetings on interstates, local roads, and panchayat roads, was recently criticised by the andhra pradesh High Court. The G.O. was temporarily suspended by the court until january 23rd. Speaking on behalf of the Government, AG sriram argued that it is improper for the Vacation Bench to hear a PIL and objected to the hearing. The high court and the registrar are being targeted by the Government, according to some critical remarks made by the court.

The AG's objection infuriated the judges much. "This court has the authority to investigate any subject while keeping the public's welfare in mind. It is improper to question the court after it has acknowledged the matter, the judges ruled. The esteemed judges' remarks are even reproachful.

"We are aware of the covert actions taken to prevent the case from going to trial. Don't make us sit here and tell you that. The registry's operations are being influenced by a third party, who also chooses which bench will hear which cases. We forewarn you that this matter will be the subject of an inquiry. The judges' statements suggest that something is going on in the background, and it appears that the jagan Government is attempting to sway the high court.
