Good news for Aadhaar holders! The Unique Identification Authority of india (UIDAI) has made it even easier to access your Aadhaar. Now, you can download your Aadhaar card directly on WhatsApp without needing to log in to portals or apps. Here’s a simple breakdown of how to do it.

1. Save UIDAI’s Official whatsapp Number

Start by saving UIDAI’s official whatsapp helpline number in your phone:
📱 +91 9013151515

This is the only number you should use to avoid scams or fake services.

2. Say “Hi” to Aadhaar on WhatsApp

Open whatsapp, go to the saved contact, and send a simple “Hi” message. You will receive an automated menu with multiple Aadhaar services, including download Aadhaar.

3. Choose the ‘Download Aadhaar’ Option

From the menu, select “Download Aadhaar”. The bot will then guide you through a short verification process to confirm your identity.

4. Enter Your Aadhaar Number or VID

You will be asked to provide your Aadhaar Number (12-digit) or VID (Virtual ID). Make sure you type it correctly to avoid errors.

5. OTP Verification for Security

Once you submit your Aadhaar number, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter this OTP on whatsapp to proceed.

6. Get Your Aadhaar PDF Instantly

After successful verification, you’ll receive a PDF copy of your Aadhaar card directly in your whatsapp chat. The file will be password-protected for security.

7. Password to Open Your Aadhaar File

To open the Aadhaar PDF, you’ll need a password. It’s a combination of the first four letters of your name in capital letters + your birth year.
👉 Example: If your name is Ravi Kumar and your birth year is 1992, the password will be RAVI1992.

Why This Feature Matters

· No need to log in to UIDAI’s website or download extra apps.

· Aadhaar access becomes as simple as sending a whatsapp message.

· Safe, quick, and user-friendly—especially helpful for those not very tech-savvy.

With Aadhaar now available on whatsapp, accessing your identity document is easier than ever!
