The second wave of Corona has caused huge destruction and lots of lives were lost in this second wave of the pandemic. However, now the curve has started to flatten and that is some good sign to cheer about. india has reported the lowest daily new cases of 1.52 lakhs in 50 days and this is a positive sign for the people of India.

The Union health Ministry has reported that the COVID19 recovery rate increases to 91.60%. The weekly positivity rate is currently at 9.04% and the daily positivity rate at 9.07%, less than 10% for 7 consecutive days. They further added that the active caseload further declines to 20,26,092 after cases decreased by 88,416 in the last 24 hours. 



Right now, the cases have declined so well in Delhi, Bihar, and few Northern states. The same is now following in tamil Nadu as well. The state of tamil Nadu which reported more than 36,000 cases every day has faced a sudden decline and now it has reduced to 28000 cases every day. The curve is expected to flatten in a month or two. This is really some good positive sign and the vaccination is also increased. Sputnik v is expected to reach india by june 8th.
