An unknown man tried to attack renowned tamil star Vijay Setupathi and his entourage as they exited the Bengaluru Airport's immigration gate. The event occurred at Bengaluru's Kempegowda international airport on wednesday night, november 3. According to a video that went viral, vijay sethupathi was being taken out of the terminal by his crew and security officers when a man approached him from behind, leaped, and attempted to kick him in the knee. 



However, according to reports, Vijay Sethupathi's personal assistant was injured in the process. The man was drunk, according to Bengaluru airport police, and approached vijay sethupathi for a selfie as he was heading out of the airport. Vijay, on the other hand, allegedly smelt of alcohol and denied the proposal. 


The man was then allegedly pushed aside by his PA. Following this, the man replied by punching the PA system. Soon after the incident, however, airport security workers and police were observed defusing the situation and preventing vijay sethupathi and his team from committing any additional acts of terrorism. So far, no charges have been filed against the attacker and that has raised several questions right now on this attack.
