The indian Embassy has given instructions that all indians should evacuate Kharkiv as soon as possible but it is not looking easy for them to do so. In this video the student is telling that all of them are standing there for three hours but they are not being allowed to board the train.
The student said, we are standing at Kharkiv railway station for three hours but we are not being allowed to board the train. We had earlier boarded the train but we were deboarded. The train is coming but I don't know why we are not being allowed to board. It is snowing and we don't know whether we will be allowed to board the next train as well. The cold is increasing, we do not even have so much arrangement for food and drink. In such a situation, we are in trouble, if the train is not available, then there is no option to go from here.

It has been clearly said that not carrying luggage will not be allowed. Along with this, students have been asked to be alert at all times so that all can leave together as soon as the announcement is made.
