The meeting between well-known tollywood hero Jr. ntr and Union home minister amit shah last sunday sparked a lot of interest in Andhra Pradesh's political circles. Nearly all of the parties have reacted to the gathering and described it as politically significant, including the Bharatiya Janata party, which is currently in power, and even the Communist parties.

Former minister Kodali nani, a leader in the YSRC, went a step further and said it would be preferable for Jr. ntr to return to active politics and assume charge of the telugu desam party because party president N chandrababu naidu has lost public trust and favour. Even nani claimed that the BJP, which has no confidence in Naidu, is attempting to entice Jr. ntr into the party, and that Shah's meeting should be regarded from that perspective.

On Wednesday, YSRC leader and telugu Academy chair nandamuri lakshmi parvathi made the same recommendation, suggesting that Jr. ntr succeed Naidu as leader of the TDP. She sent the young hero her warmest regards. It's interesting that the tdp has not commented on the meeting between Shah and Jr. NTR. Although it was previously reported that chandrababu naidu would meet Shah at Ramoji Film City, this did not occur. Shah instead called Jr. ntr to schedule a meeting, which lasted for nearly an hour.
