Since telangana rashtra samithi chief minister k chandrasekhar rao announced that his party will become the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), it has been a week, but the early enthusiasm around the new party is conspicuously absent. The anticipated response to his new party has not materialised, and many have relaxed. In order to provide the appearance that he is going to rock the national capital, kcr therefore discreetly departed for New Delhi. However, nothing of the sort has occurred.
His current visit to New delhi is just as enigmatic as his previous visits. His past trips to delhi have also always been veiled in secrecy. Nothing about the CMO's activities or meetings with others emerges unless he makes official trips to Delhi. KCR's visit to delhi remained an entirely secret event on wednesday as well. After renaming the trs as the BRS, he had been to New delhi for the first time. His visit has been a wholly uninteresting event. As usual, it was a covert visit, and none of his purported political allies—including delhi Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal—responded. He was not even met by so-called farmers' leaders like Rakesh Tikait.
According to a brief formal statement from the CMO, kcr visited the site being built for the BRS party office in Vasant vihar and gave the engineers there particular instructions. Only party heavyweights, including kcr, party general secretary shravan Kumar Reddy, state roads and buildings minister v prashant Reddy, MPs Damodar Rao, J Santosh Kumar, and v Ravichandra, and vasthu advisor suddala ashok Teja, were there.
In fact, the trs leaders tried to get word out to the media that kcr was busy in delhi holding talks with different parties to determine the BRS's future actions. According to reports, kcr would remain in New delhi for a further four to five days and continue his conversations with a range of intellectuals and senior bureaucrats. Therefore, the BRS is still a dead end as of right now!
