For a period of 14 days, chandrababu naidu will remain in judicial custody. tdp ap president K Atchannaidu issued a statement urging party cadre, people, and civil society to join the agitation and help it succeed.

In opposition to N chandrababu naidu, the leader of the telugu desam party and a former chief minister, being detained in connection with a case involving the misappropriation of public funds, the party has called for a statewide bandh on Monday. tdp ap President K Atchannaidu urged party members, the general public, and civil society to join the protest and make it successful in a statement. According to a press release from the telugu desam party, a statewide bandh has been called for tomorrow, Monday, september 11, in protest against Nara Chandrababu Naidu's wrongful arrest, atrocities committed against party members, and vengeful politics.

Chandrababu Naidu was remanded in custody for 14 days by a local court in vijayawada on sunday in connection with an alleged multi-million dollar corruption scheme. He was detained for involvement with a fraud case involving the theft of money from the Skill Development Corporation, which cost the state government $300 million, ap CID Chief N Sanjay said on Saturday.
