The year hasn't been kind to hollywood star Jamie Foxx, who keeps getting into scrapes one after the other. According to information just made public by TMZ, a woman who claims she was sexually assaulted by Jamie Foxx in 2015 filed a complaint against him. In court records, she is identified as Jane Doe and claims that the event occurred in august 2015 on the rooftop of the Catch restaurant in New York City. Jamie's representative spoke to media outlets to clarify his position on the heated controversy and alleged lawsuit.

On Thursday, after the revelation went viral online, a spokeswoman for the actor talked with people and issued a statement. They flatly refuted all of the charges, claiming that "it never happened." They went on to say, "In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn." That case was dropped shortly after, and the allegations are no longer valid today. We are convinced that they will be fired again."

"And once they are, Mr Foxx intends to pursue a claim for malicious prosecution against this person and her solicitors for re-filing this frivolous action,". This comment suggests that Mr. Foxx plans to sue the plaintiff and her counsel after the issue is concluded. According to the information obtained by the media source, the complainant claimed to have seen Jamie Foxx and Catch Hospitality Group co-founder Mark Birnbaum at the rooftop bar. She and a buddy went over to Foxx's table at one a.m. to take photos. The lady stated that Foxx, who seemed to be inebriated, grabbed her arm and attacked her in the rooftop's back part. The lady wants punitive and compensatory damages, as well as a jury trial.
