Ranbir Kapoor's next film 'Animal' is the buzz of the town right now. In an exclusive interview with india Herald, trade analyst Ramesh bala stated that the film may earn Rs 75 crore on its first day. He went on to decipher the digits for 'Animal' in india and throughout the world.

The hype around the picture has grown tenfold since the teaser was released last week. This is seen in the film's advance booking. According to sources, it has one of the largest pre-sales for a bollywood film ever for both the opening day and the weekend.

Ramesh stated of the film's early booking, "I think 'Animal's' booking is extraordinary." It belongs to a popular genre, but Vicky Kaushal's 'Sam Bahadur' belongs to a distinct genre - it is more esoteric. 'Animal' should do well at the box office in that case. There is also a lot of excitement in the north and south markets, so it should start strong. I believe the advance booking has already exceeded Rs 10 crore. I believe the Day 1 (Hindi) collection would be Rs 30 crore NBOC (Net box office collection). However, if telugu and tamil are included, it should gross around Rs 40 crore. It should gross Rs 75 crore globally."
