The telangana State Higher education Council (TSCHE) has issued a strong warning against colleges in telangana withholding student diplomas because of unpaid fees. These colleges risk serious consequences. The TSCHE emphasized that universities running the danger of being blacklisted and disqualified from government tuition reimbursement considerations would be those who withheld credentials, particularly those of students entitled to reimbursement.
 

Colleges were advised not to collect tuition money or withhold authentic diplomas under the guise of outstanding reimbursements in a circular released by TSCHE Secretary sriram Venkatesh.
 
The instruction makes clear that institutions cannot deny students their degrees due to unpaid fees, since this will negatively impact their ability to pursue further study and find work.
 
Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, has ordered all institutions to abide by the rules and not withhold student certificates in response to TSCHE's warning.
 

On Tuesday, the telangana High court issued an order directing the State government to install sanitary napkin distribution machines in every government junior college across the state, with immediate effect.
 
While considering a PIL plea, a bench composed of Chief Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice Anil Kumar Jukanti gave the directive. The administration must submit a compliance report to the court within the next three months, underscoring the seriousness of the situation.
