The tdp and janasena have found a speedbreaker in the BJP. The bjp is attempting to use the parties' need for a fair election to its advantage by pressuring them into conceding additional seats. With 10 mla seats and 6 MPs, the party that received less than 1% of the vote in andhra pradesh already received more than it deserved.

The party appears to believe that it can win by merely gaining seats by riding the tdp and janasena wave of support.
