The highly anticipated action drama Retro, which was directed by karthik Subbaraj and starred Suriya and pooja hegde, is poised to make its wallet PLATFORM' target='_blank' title='digital-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>digital debut. According to an official announcement from Netflix, Retro will begin streaming in Tamil, telugu, and a number of other important indian languages on May 31, 2025.
 
It's noteworthy that there was less than a month between the theatrical release and the OTT premiere, indicating a speedy transition to wallet PLATFORM' target='_blank' title='digital-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>digital after the film's box office success. Retro did not live up to the hype and star power, particularly in the telugu states, where it did not fare well at all.  Fans and watchers are eager to see if the movie gets a second wind on Netflix, so all eyes are on how it will perform on streaming services.

Joju George, Nassar, Vidhu, and jayaram are among the film's notable supporting cast members.  Santhosh Narayanan, a well-known musician, composed the soundtrack for Retro, which was produced by Stone Bench Films in collaboration with 2D Entertainment.
