When it was discovered that a thirtysomething American nurse had sex with her teenage stepson, the authorities arrested her. On the 5th, the New York Post and other international media reported that Alexis von Yates, a 35-year-old florida woman, had been charged after being taken into custody by police for having sex with her 15-year-old stepson.
In July of last year, while her husband was at work, von Yates had sex with her stepson while they were watching a movie. When Von Yates' husband learned of this, they got into a heated argument, and the boy was sent to live with his grandparents.

Von Yates claimed to be a "child sex offender" and apologized to her husband, who swore, according to the police. My stepson resembles you in your youth.

Furthermore, von Yates allegedly called his stepson the next day and expressed his desire to keep the relationship going if his husband did not catch him, even rating his son's sexual function a "7 out of 10."

His stepson later said that he no longer desired to live with von Yates.

The florida Department of health withdrew Von Yates' nursing license after hearing the case, despite her not guilty plea to child sexual assault.

Von Yates' RN license was revoked for the following reasons, according to the Ministry of Health: "Nursing is a trusted job," and "it is important to show sound judgment and morality."

In a subsequent statement, the Ministry of health also noted that "Fon Yates' decision to have a sexual relationship with minors shows that he lacks the sound judgment and moral character he needs as a full-time nurse."
