AI will replace us in our employment. In just five years, certain jobs will literally vanish. AI alone will be sufficient to perform these tasks; human intervention will no longer be necessary. According to certain reports, in the upcoming years, eight different categories of jobs will be impacted. Does this list include your jobs? Let's examine.

Human Resources (HR) will get fired
AI will be extensively utilized by businesses in the hiring process, from screening resumes to evaluating applicant information.  Since enterprises have begun automating a large portion of the manual HR work, artificial intelligence will eventually replace human resource employment.  Many companies have understaffed human resources departments, and

Drivers and delivery agents are no match to Self-driven cars
Do you recall Tesla's driverless self-driving cars? Yes, these "driverless cars" will eventually gain popularity. The development of these has been ongoing for a while. The final version has not yet been developed. The main worry is that drivers will lose their jobs as soon as this is implemented.  The technology for autonomous driving is developing quickly.  Delivery workers will also be impacted because self-driving cars can perform the same tasks as delivery agents, so why hire one?

Coders are going to get hot.
The coding industry will be most impacted, particularly the entry-level positions.  The AI will have no trouble coding.  AI is currently being used by google and Open AI to automate basic coding. To defeat the AI, developers will need to improve their skills.

AI will eliminate jobs for "hackers."
Although artificial intelligence will be utilized for cyber security, what if it is also used for cyber scamming?  Anyone can use an AI tool to hack; it simply needs to be utilized "the right way," or perhaps more accurately, "the wrong way," to launch cyberattacks.  From developing faster and more complex attacks to doing away with the need for human intervention, AI tools may make everything simpler.

Is AI a better writer?
The days of CEOs having personal helpers to handle daily tasks like composing emails and reports are long gone.  AI will quickly take over.  Everything will be resolved in a matter of seconds with a brief prompt.  Shortening emails and reports is part of this.  The fact that AI avatars will eventually be used as personal assistants is intriguing.

AI will be used more in sales positions.
Artificial intelligence is capable of handling all sales-related tasks, including message sending and replying. Salespeople will be impacted and will need to look for other employment. For instance, according to studies, AI chatbots and software, like Klarna's AI assistant, handled 2.3 million client conversations in 2024, accounting for two-thirds of the company's customer care tasks and displacing the labor of about 700 employees.

There will be more AI in restaurants than people.
In south korea and Japan, there are several establishments and eateries without any employees.  Machines handle the entire ordering and purchasing process.  That won't be restricted to specific retailers or nations, though.  However, eateries and retail establishments will eventually be replaced by AI machines.  For instance, food is provided by robots in several indian cities, such as kolkata and London.

AI-powered social media branding
AI will play a bigger role in social media branding.  Furthermore, AI will quickly replace human labor-intensive tasks like ad generation and customer data research.

Don't worry, though; AI can't replace everyone in the workforce, can it?  Human intervention is very important to teach AI.  Furthermore, according to Goldman Sachs research from 2023, most jobs would still require some level of human input, even though many could be partially automated.
