Why is Hina Rabbani Khar in the news?
Claims that Hafiz Abdur Rauf, a Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist designated by the united states and the United Nations, led funeral prayers in pakistan exposed former Pakistani Foreign minister Hina Rabbani Khar on LIVE television.

"With authority and proof that has been made public worldwide, I am informing you that this is not the man that you (India) are claiming it to be.  In the widely shared video, Hina was heard saying, "That is not the man you are claiming it to be," while displaying the picture to support her allegation.

"The Pakistani army issued his national ID number after claiming that he belongs to a political party.  The ID number on the US sanctions list is the same as that one.  Thus, this man is a terrorist in accordance with the US sanctions terrorist list," the journalist stated, highlighting the inconsistency in Pakistan's story.
