Method:
1. Prepare the Bell Peppers
· Wash the capsicums and cut off the tops.
· Remove seeds and membranes carefully to create hollow pockets for stuffing.
· Lightly brush with oil and set aside.
2. Prepare the Paneer Stuffing
· In a bowl, mix crumbled paneer, chopped onion, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, lemon juice, and chopped coriander.
