In Aaskandra village, rajasthan, a man in an affair with his daughter-in-law killed his own son. In investigation of the police it was found that the victim’s wife was also an accomplice in this murder. On wednesday both the accused were arrested and taken into custody.

It took 15 days for the police to crack the mystery behind the murder. According to police, the dead Heera Lal was given lemon juice laced with sleeping pills in the night and the accused mukesh Kumar and Heera Lal’s wife Parle electrocuted him in sleep on april 25.

The last rites were also carried out hurriedly the next morning. However, police entered the scene after a resident of Aaskandra filed a report stating that his younger brother Heera Lal died on april 25 and was buried on april 26. The case was filed on May 6 by Bhomraj, the cousin of the deceased.

Bhomraj who found burn injuries on the body of the deceased got suspicious and lodged a complaint under Sections 302, 201 and 120B with the police. The body was taken out and
necessary evidence was collected from it. When the deceased wife was investigated intensively, she confessed to her crime.

She said Heera Lal was unemployed and alcoholic and often fought with her due to which she got into an illegal affair with her father-in-law.
