Hyderabad:  In a case involving bank fraud, hyderabad Central Crime Station police detained Saket Talwar, the proprietor of Talwar Cars Pvt Ltd in Banjara Hills. He and his business have been identified as key suspects in eight identical cases before the hyderabad and Cyberabad police commissioners. He has been eluding arrest for several years, according to police. On sunday, he was apprehended in goa and transported to the city on Monday.
Talwar was arrested and taken to hyderabad by a team from the CCS, hyderabad, on sunday from a house at Arambol Beach, Goa. He was later brought before a judge in this city for judicial remand.

His cases include two at the hyderabad CCS, three at the banjara hills police station, and one each at Panjagutta, Jubilee Hills, and Cyberabad's miyapur police station.

Two new cases have been filed against him, according to sources, following complaints from RTI and kotak mahindra bank on Tuesday. “He flees after requesting payments in the thousands of dollars and fails to deliver expensive automobiles to his clients,” an official claimed.

Cases have been filed against Saket Talwar and four other corporate officials. In banjara hills, Talwar Cars Deal has a relationship with Rebel Motorcycles Pvt Ltd. With the arrest of Saket Talwar, police are looking for the remaining suspects.
