On 20 december 2018, the United Nations General assembly declared World Food Safety Day and from 2019 onwards this day was celebrated. World Food Safety Day 2022 theme is "Safer food, better health". Let us know about 6 good eating habits:

These 6 good habits will keep you healthy

1. Washing hands before eating food is very important. If we do not do this, all the dirt of our hands goes into the stomach with food. Because of this, you may have to face pain in the stomach and problem in digesting food. Whenever you eat food, wash your hands with soap and handwash.

2. Along with the hands, whatever you eat, it is also important to be clean. A lot of dust and soil is stuck on the vegetables sold on the street. In such a situation, it is important that you clean and eat vegetables, chicken, meat, grains etc.

3. Always keep raw and cooked food separately. Keeping both together can lead to the growth of bacteria, which has a bad effect on health.

4. Food should always be eaten in limited quantity. Eating a lot at once can cause problems like weight gain.

5. Apart from this, packed food should always be taken after seeing the expiry date. Along with this, the consumption of packaged beverages should also be minimized. Packed juices contain a lot of substances which can harm health.
