Those with diplomas in related fields are also eligible. Note that the IB junior Officer position is deemed unsuitable for Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD), and such candidates are advised against applying.
Exam Pattern:
The selection process consists of three stages: Tier I, Tier II, and Tier III. Tier I is an online multiple-choice exam lasting 2 hours and worth 100 marks, with 75% of questions related to the candidate’s field of study and 25% assessing general mental ability. Qualified candidates will proceed to Tier II, which includes a practical or skill test worth 30 marks, followed by a personality test in Tier III.
