Oh my God… Is there so much money in the bank account of Pubg Madan's wife?
Chennai high court comments on pubjgMadan's wife Krithika's bank account freeze case.Pubg madan and his wife Krithika were arrested by the chennai Central Crime Branch in june last year for allegedly playing the banned pubg game and uploading it on YouTube.
During the investigation, it came to light that he had collected Rs 2 crore 89 lakh from several persons for the relief fund, swindled it, and bought luxury cars and jewelry.

Following this, pubg Madan's Kodak mahindra bank account and Krithika's Axis bank account were frozen. In this situation, pubg Madan's wife had filed a petition in the chennai high court seeking removal of the bank account, claiming that she had not informed the concerned magistrate court about the bank account freeze as per the law.
When the petition came up for hearing before Judge nirmal Kumar, Krithika argued that she had not given any notice of the bank account freeze as she could only freeze the bank account for a short period of time and the suspension of the account for a long time would affect her legal right.
However, the government argued that the petition should be dismissed as a report has been filed in the Magistrate's court regarding the legal bank account freeze and the identity of the person who currently owns Rs 1 crore and 1 lakh rupees in Krithika's bank account will be known only after a witness hearing.

After hearing arguments from both sides, the judge dismissed the petition, saying that it was not necessary to give notice of the freeze as it would lead to the destruction of the evidence if the forensic officer sent a pre-arranged notice regarding the bank account freeze.
Meanwhile, the judge said in his order that the petitioner could approach the concerned magistrate court seeking removal of the bank account freeze after hearing the case and hearing the arguments of the petitioner and the police department, and the court could issue a legal order.
