This case is three years old in which a businessman had filed a complaint against Rakesh Sawant regarding check bounce. According to the report, Rakesh was arrested by the Oshiwara police on May 7, after which he was also produced in the court on May 8, from where Rakhi's brother has now sent Rakesh to custody till May 22. Rakesh has been arrested again on a bailable warrant u/s 138A, court Case No. 96/SS/2021. The court sent him to judicial custody till May 22.

A businessman complained Rakesh in the year 2020, after which Rakhi's brother was also arrested three years ago before being released on bail.
