Thirty-six people traveling in a government bus from tirupati to tamil Nadu fled when they saw the police at midnight. police are conducting a serious investigation into the gang involved in the Pushpa-style red sandalwood smuggling gang. Rare species of red sandalwood can be found only in the Sesachalam forest, Andhra Pradesh. For this, the illegal slaughter of red sandalwood is a recurring story as it has good value in the market.
Recently, a film titled pushpa starring allu arjun was released focusing on red sandalwood smuggling. It will feature scenes of him being smuggled into a tanker truck, pretending to be going to a wedding, and smuggling red sandalwood. In this case, it is suspected that the fleeing gang was involved in Sandalwood smuggling, as they were on their way to a wedding near Tirupati.
Seeing this, 36 people from tamil Nadu, who were traveling in a government bus, abruptly got down and ran into a nearby forest area and hid. The police suspected that all of them, who looked like they were going to a wedding, may have been mercenaries who had come from tamil Nadu to cut red sandalwood. Thus, the chandragiri police who brought the tamil Nadu government bus under their control have taken the driver and conductor to the police station and are investigating. Also, the ap police have launched an intensive search operation to nab the fleeing gang as they may be lurking in a nearby forest area.
