The creator of the 7G Rainbow Colony movie was Selvaragavan he made with his own experience.


Selvaragavan is known for directing unique films in tamil cinema. Selvaragavan, popularly known as Genius by the fans, became the director through the movie Dhanush's Love.

Selvaragavan, who wrote the screenplay for Tulluvatho Ilamai, became a successful director with Dhanush's second film, Kadhal Konden. Since then he has directed quality films like 7G Rainbow Colony, Pudupettai, What is Fainting, and One in a Thousand. Last year, he directed SJ surya starrer 'Nengsam Marappatillai' which was well received by the fans.

The shooting of the film has been completed and finalization work is underway. It has been reported on the internet that Selvaragavan has directed the movie 7G Rainbow Colony based on his own life experiences.

Selvaragavan has created this film based on the romantic experiences he had during his college days. So Selvarajavan has written the character of Kadir with himself in mind.

However, Selvaragavan has created this story in his imagination focusing only on his attraction to a girl during his college days.

Selvaragavan married Sonai Agarwal then they both got divorced.
