Direct OTT release was the second issue mentioned at the meeting, according to dil Raju. "No producer experiences the high of an OTT straight release. The only person who benefits financially from a direct OTT release is the producer, but the real high comes from the constant calls and daily box office figures we get when a movie is released in theatres. For this reason, we have decided to only release our movies on OTT 8 to 10 weeks following their theatrical debut," he stated.

The producer of Thank You then disclosed that the discussion's final topic had been the issue with ticket prices. "Costs have skyrocketed, and audiences today are unwilling to spend thousands of rupees on a movie, choosing instead to watch films on OTT in a few weeks. If we look at the box office receipts of recently released films, we can plainly grasp the problem, he continued.

"We, as the producers, choose to lower the ticket pricing. I took the initiative and lowered the cost of admission to F3. The star producer continued, "I am also going to show Thank You for Rs 100 in single screens and Rs 150 in multiplexes. The guild will put the decisions discussed in the meeting into effect. This is becoming an industry issue rather than just a producer issue," he said.
