Fans of Jessica Jones are certain that she is set to make her Marvel Cinematic Universe comeback after Krysten Ritter released some gym photographs in anticipation of one of her coworkers' impending full returns. Following the premiere of Daredevil season 1, Ritter made her Marvel superhero debut in the eponymous Netflix series. All three seasons of Jessica Jones included the former Breaking Bad actor, who also starred in The Defenders, a crossover miniseries, and was mentioned in Daredevil season 2 and iron Fist season 1.


Krysten Ritter revealed some training photographs at a nearby gym, including using weights and the treadmill, in a now-deleted instagram story from the star, shared by twitter user Demolidor Brasil. Ritter has subsequently been spotted wearing a T-shirt that reads "I Choose Justice" and features the Daredevil logo, leading many to speculate that the Jessica Jones actress is getting ready for her MCU comeback.

Since charlie Cox's comeback as Matt Murdock/Daredevil for this year's Disney+ series Echo, a spinoff of Hawkeye in which Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin made an appearance, reports of Jessica Jones' MCU return have been circulating. According to the plot elements in that casting announcement, Cox's blind lawyer would be looking for an unnamed former ally; however, a later source revealed that the unnamed former ally was Jones played by Ritter. Ritter has regularly mentioned her desire to bring Jessica back to the big screen, especially in light of Cox's appearance in Spider-Man: No Way Home. However, no other Netflix characters have been confirmed to be returning as of the time of writing.
