Dusky siren pooja hegde rose to prominence quickly after making her second appearance in tollywood as a glamour queen with Harish Shankar's dj Duvvada Jagannadham. Later, she became a huge starlet heroine, charging about ₹3-4 crores every film. However, after her dramatic withdrawal from "Guntur Kaaram," things took a horrible turn for the siren.

We do know that pooja hegde was replaced by pawan kalyan in Harish Shankar's Ustaad Bhagat Singh, among other projects. The most recent word is that she has stepped out of the film Ganja Shankar, which stars sai dharam tej and is directed by sampath Nandi. This early withdrawal comes at a time when whispers are circulating that the film's financial issues are causing concern about its chances. And what was the cause for her departure?

According to an inside source, pooja only wants to play attractive roles, yet the leading character in this film spends the majority of her time in jail, dressed in a white sari. They claim that the actress did not enjoy the de-glam appearance and hence opted to leave. However, she will also appear in a film opposite siddhu Jonnalagadda.
