Speaking in a recent `GQ` interview, Maddy said that he is very lazy compared to his son Vedant. madhavan said that he wakes up at Brahma Muhurta (4 AM) early in the morning and follows a strict exercise and food regimen, and also maintains a very correct sleep schedule. As a professional swimmer, Vedant's day ends at 8 PM. Then he wakes up again at 4 AM. This is the most demanding part of the job, not only for him but also for his parents. That hour is called Brahma Muhurta. It is said to be a spiritually auspicious time to wake up. Vedant stands 6 feet 3 inches tall. He follows a very disciplined lifestyle. Even eating is an exercise for him. He does not sit down for dinner. He focuses on chewing and balancing the meal, madhavan said.
Maddy described himself as lazy when compared to his son. I wish I had that kind of discipline. I'm actually very lazy. I escape from it by calling myself a creator, he said.
