The more noise you make and the more aggressive you get the more you will fall in the notice of the higher management, this is how it works in politics. It was followed properly by the YSR Congress member Vasireddy Padma and now she seems to have impressed the higher leadership within the party.
Vasireddy Padma has been shadowing Sharmila in her Padayatra ‘Maro Prajaprasthanam’ and it is heard that she has been taking every initiative to prove that she can handle things. All this seems to have worked in her favour as her family has got a ticket to contest for a seat in the parliament.
Sources say Wesley, husband of Vasireddy Padma, has been given the MP Ticket to contest from Bapatla which is an SC reserved seat. It is heard that initially Padma was very keen on contesting during the 2014 elections but the party leads thought otherwise and compensated her by giving a ticket to her husband. It is heard that this happened on Sharmila’s behest.
