UNICEF concerned about 10 lakh children were in fear of starvation in Afghanistan!!!!!

UNICEF is distressed that more than 10 lakh children are on the edge of death in afghanistan due to starvation, drought, and poverty. The Taliban seized afghanistan following US and NATO forces withdrew from the country last August. The Taliban have claimed responsibility for creating an interim Muslim Emirate regime. After the Taliban came to rule, the Afghan economy has been in a deep slump. Rising commodity prices, unemployment, poverty, and hunger have intensified again in Afghanistan. UNO and only the World health Organization provides assistance on a humanitarian basis.

95 percent of the people residing in afghanistan do not have sufficient food. 2.30 crore people are starving. According to UNICEF, 1.40 crore children in afghanistan are malnourished and 50 lakh children are malnourished. As the financial crisis in afghanistan worsens, several children have been compelled to work on the paths of Kabul. Small kids are violated to drop out of school and go to small jobs to buy household items. Without international aid, the situation in afghanistan will be even worse and the situation of children will be worrisome. Rising commodity prices, unemployment, poverty, and hunger have intensified again in Afghanistan.
