It examines the announcements and plans made during the last ten months of rule and so far a total of 1704 notices have been issued in tamil Nadu. The government has issued notices for more than 80 per cent of these.

The conference is being held to know the activities of those schemes through the district Collectors and to implement them better in the districts and to consult and give appropriate advice.

Addressing the 2nd-day conference, chief minister stalin said that each district governor should elaborate on the field situation of the projects that could be implemented in their districts.

People are masters:

Even if one rupee is spent, that one rupee should reach the shopkeepers without thinking and scattering.

This can be an example of good governance. district Collectors can inform the government about how to market the produce available in each district and how it can generate revenue for the state, as well as schemes and concepts that can benefit farmers, workers, small businesses and micro-enterprises.
