District police have established "Anti-Drug Clubs" at all of the district's schools and junior colleges in order to combat the drug epidemic. The clubs, which are made up of a teacher and five pupils, will combat drug use and distribution. On Wednesday, Sircilla's chief of police, akhil Mahajan, began clubs. On this day, the cast of the movie Balagam, including director Yeldandi Venu, hero Priyadarshi, heroine Kavya kalyan Ram, and others, joined in a march against drug use that went from Nethanna chowk to the Ambedkar monuments.

Speaking at the event, SP added that because young people and students were ruining their lives by doing drugs, creative projects had been started to eradicate drug use in the region. Anti-drug clubs were also established as part of it. Today's movie heroes serve as positive role models for everyone. They thus invited the Balagam film crew. In schools and junior colleges, anti-drug societies have been established alongside Class VIII, IX, and X pupils. The minister of IT and Municipal Administration, KT Rama Rao, will provide honours and rewards to students each month in addition to providing the necessary training to encourage other students to abstain from narcotics.

Venu urged the pupils to abstain from drug use. He asserted that everyone had a duty to persuade their friends and well-wishers who were drug addicts to break harmful habits. He also counselled the pupils to work hard in order to advance in their studies. priyadarshi emphasised the need of running these kinds of campaigns to educate the public about drugs and gave advice to young people and students about the dangers of drug use.

Priyadarshi admitted that he had smoked cigarettes, but he stopped three years ago, and he now lives a great life. He praised the district police for putting together creative drug-fighting initiatives and wished for the youngsters to advance in life by listening to guidance from their parents, teachers, and officials. In spite of their hectic schedules, the district police established anti-drug groups in all of the schools and institutions, which actor Kavya applauded.
